Having trouble accessing your class?

Try this: (These will solve 99% of issues)

1.  To access classes you have already paid for: Click DASHBOARD, login, scroll down and click the blue button labeled “VIEW ALL MY COURSES”

2. Try clearing your browser history/cookies/cache

3.  Click the password reset button if you forgot your password–the link usually goes to your SPAM folder.

4. Make sure you are on but you can also try to complete your class.

5.  Try using an updated browser like chrome or Firefox

6. Try logging in from a different devices.  Remember each class is set up as a separate course so you will be “Enrolling” Each time you click on a class but it should auto fill in most of the information for you and then you should just need to enter your username and password
